FAQ

Where do you ship to?   We ship  to Canada and United States.

Is There Import or Custom Charges?   When we ship internationally, you may be charged for local import duties and custom charges on arrival of your purchase from Hop 2.  These charges are out of our control.

What are your shipping times?     Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days for items that are in stock; when you have purchased a custom handmade order, we will email with a estimated time of shipping, we do our best to have custom orders shipped in 3-5 business days. 

What currency are your prices?  All prices are in Canadian dollars

Do you charge taxes?  If you order from Canada, provincial and federal taxes may be added after you have given your shipping address.  If you order from outside Canada, there will be no taxes added.  Please note, international shipments may  have to pay custom fees.  Taxes do not apply to preowned items, however,  new, crafted items ,shipping, services and  gift wrapping services are taxable.

How are you items packaged?   All items are shipped in a secure manner, using corrugated boxes, tissue paper, bubble wrap or packing foam.  Items are surrounded with sufficient packing material on the top, bottom and sides of the inner package to limit movement and protect your item.  Shipping tape is used to close packaging and if appropriate, we place a "FRAGILE" label on top and sides before placing in the hands of a the shipping carrier.  Gift wrap items that include a gift bow, be assured the bow is protected and our goal is to have it arrive in the same condition as when I wrapped your item.

How do I become an artisan?  Reach out to me at consignhop2@gmail.com and forward me some pictures and tell me about your self .

Do you accept donations?  Yes we do accept donations; we support a local charity each month and portion of all sold donated items, is given to the charity of the month 

How do I get my items; shipping, delivery or pickup?   We offer a variety of ways to receive your purchase.  1.  Pickup in Lindsay, Ontario   2.  Delivery within in a 30km radius from the business headquarters is $10+   3. Shipping with Canada Post /Courier using your location, weight and size of package.  We do our best to obtain the best shipping rate for your orders.    

What if my consigned items do not sell?  I advertise and promote your consigned items for a maximum of three (3) months.  You have the option of being returned to you after expiration or I donate to a local charity in my local area.  Item/s with option to return has a maximum of 10 days from date expiration and email notification to pickup; after item/s have not been claimed;  Hop 2  will dispose at our sole and absolute discretion

How do I get paid if an item is sold?  All monies are paid on or before the 15th of the following month your item is sold;  Sales reports are generated on semi-monthly on Thursday's. This report includes sales and inventory stock.
